  • pasta alfredo

  • choc. chip cookies

Dinner

  • Tilapia fish
  • bake potato
  • margarine
  • sour cream

Fiber-4.8 grams Calories-1155 Fat-54.26 grams

Diet-I did a bit better keeping portion size, fiber, dairy and carbs down a little but fat is still way too high and might be contributing to some issues.

Digestion-No pains, two BM sessions, normal form but still burning like acidic. Need more water.
