My eating was on target today except the calories are low. I got a new book, it is for IBS but I think it has good info and recipes I can adapt.

Breakfast-
  • Rice Krispies
  • sugar
  • milk
  • coffee
  • creamer

Lunch-

  • Pasta with pizza sauce and mozzarella

Dinner

  • Tilapia
  • Basmati Rice
  • Tartar sauce

Fiber-3.3 grams Calories-848 Fat-19.69 grams

Health-Felt much better today. Was very careful. Hopefully new cookbook with help me stay on track

Weight-124.5
