Problem

I think I have not only a intolerance but a full out allergy.  Unfortunately I am not 100% sure which food caused it.  My I have got my suspicions. 

Monday, Feb 28

5:30-2 Cups coffee, 2 T. Cream with flavoring

8:00-2 Sourdough toast, 2 pats butter

12:00-1 cup lettuce, 1 hard boiled egg, 1/4 c raw carrots, 2 T. diced onions, 1/2 tsp. evoo, splash of lemon juice, 1 slice french bread that kris brought.  1/2 pat butter

12:15-Bm, 1 1/2 hours, several trips, 1 accident, burning bottom, throut feels like it is closing, nose starts running like I am getting a cold.  Very tired the rest of the day.

2:00-1/2 Banana

4:00-Salmon baked 4oz, fried rice pattys made with Rice, sauted onion, egg, sundried tomato soaked in hot water

Steamed clams

I went out to a local restaurant for my sister's birthday today. Creekside Grill. I was a little nervous because I did not want to make a mistake. I was relieved when I saw steamed clams on the menu. It is something that has not bothered me so far. And I enjoy it. My fat grams were way over the top today. Ch. Chip cookies are something I need to not make as often. Definitely ate more today than I have been today. Hopefully I will still sleep ok.

Lunch

  • garlic toast

Dinner

Soluable and insoluable fiber

This morning, starting at 8:45am I started having bathroom issues. Didn't last long. Most of what I ate yesterday I thought was safe. But I am thinking the Mozzarella might be the culprit. I hope not. I love cheese and did not eat much of it yesterday but I might be totally cutting out dairy.


I have been reading a lot about soluable vs insoluable fiber. I need to wait another day or two for my body to totally heal, then I am going to experiment adding a little more soluable fiber into my diet. I need my body to be healed first so I have a good baseline.


Breakfast
  • coffee

  • creamer

  • egg

  • toast

  • butter

Lunch

  • Bow tie pasta with pizza sauce

  • 2 pieces of toast

  • butter

Snack

  • 3 choc. chip cookies

  • fresh apple juice

Skipped dinner so that I wouldn't have problems and miss Baileys last school concert.

Fiber-5.1 grams Calories-1123 Fat-39.46 grams

Health-My abdomen is feeling almost normal now. BM-8:45am-L. Butter is the only dairy I had today, so I will see if I have the same problems tomorrow or if I will have improved. Hungry but it is 9:40 and we just got home from concert. Too late to eat or I will not get sleep tonight.
