Many days

I have not listed what I ate for a few days.  Since I need to quickly catch up, I will just list the new foods.

Quinoa, cashews, chicken, tomato, No Bake Cookies (cocoa powder, and peanut butter) No gluten in these cookies.:)  seem to be fine with them.

Bm's-very normal but one rash and burning time for a short while.  It's either cashews or chicken, and will separate and try them by themselves soon.

Split Pea Soup

March 3, Thursday

Was busy cleaning and getting rid of gluten residue in the Kitchen. 

6:00-2 cups coffee

12:00-lunch-3/4cup rice, roasted carrots and onion, 1 egg omelet, lettuce, lemon,evoo

4:30-Dinner-2 cups split pea soup,(onion, carrots, potato, sweet potato, asparagus, turkey broth, and split peas.

5:30*BM 1/2 hr session, 3 trips, all normal, no urgency.  Whoo hoo!

Nuts and Cranberries and Brussel Sprouts

8:00-Breakfast-Rolled oats, 2 T. walnuts, 2 T. dried cranberries, maple syrup.

12:00-Lunch-Rice, roasted onion, carrots and 5 small brusel sprouts.

1:00-*BM-1 trip, !normal!

4:30-Dinner-Fried egg with evoo, baked potato smashed with a splash of milk and butter, lettuce with evoo and lemon.

10:00-*BM-1 session, 30 minutes, 3 trips normal and slightly urgent

Sweet Potatoes

Tuesday, March 1

4:00-2 cups coffee

8:00-3/4 oatmeal, 1 pat butter, 1 tsp maples syrup

1:00-Lunch-baked potato, roasted vegetables, (onion, carrots, zucchini,).

5:00-Dinner-baked salmon 3oz, lettuce, 1/2 tsp evoo, lemon juice, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 pat butter, 3/4 cup mashed sweet potatoes.

*No BM-I still need to clear out some of the bread that is still in me so today, I expect a bad bm.  Took longer to get rid of scratchy swollen throat, and shortly after dinner, my throat felt like it was closing again.

I thing the problem is that my kitchen counters were not clean and I probably contaminated my dinner with Bailey's bagel crumbs or LL's toast.  Not positive though.  A deep cleaning is in order.

Feeling yucky

I have been awake since 1:30am, been up since 2:00.  With all the symptoms I am feeling, I decided to take the time to research and I think my bread eating days are over.  I know I need to figure out if this a yeast, or gluten, or wheat allergy.  But frankly, I am feeling so lousy that I don't even want to test them out.  When i figure how to isolate the ingredients and am feeling better, I know I will test them.  But the thought of poisoning myself on purpose just holds no attraction to me at the moment.  I feel that bad.


I think I have not only a intolerance but a full out allergy.  Unfortunately I am not 100% sure which food caused it.  My I have got my suspicions. 

Monday, Feb 28

5:30-2 Cups coffee, 2 T. Cream with flavoring

8:00-2 Sourdough toast, 2 pats butter

12:00-1 cup lettuce, 1 hard boiled egg, 1/4 c raw carrots, 2 T. diced onions, 1/2 tsp. evoo, splash of lemon juice, 1 slice french bread that kris brought.  1/2 pat butter

12:15-Bm, 1 1/2 hours, several trips, 1 accident, burning bottom, throut feels like it is closing, nose starts running like I am getting a cold.  Very tired the rest of the day.

2:00-1/2 Banana

4:00-Salmon baked 4oz, fried rice pattys made with Rice, sauted onion, egg, sundried tomato soaked in hot water
