Split Pea Soup

March 3, Thursday

Was busy cleaning and getting rid of gluten residue in the Kitchen. 

6:00-2 cups coffee

12:00-lunch-3/4cup rice, roasted carrots and onion, 1 egg omelet, lettuce, lemon,evoo

4:30-Dinner-2 cups split pea soup,(onion, carrots, potato, sweet potato, asparagus, turkey broth, and split peas.

5:30*BM 1/2 hr session, 3 trips, all normal, no urgency.  Whoo hoo!
